Using lists for projects as well as tasks, and the notes feature for documentation, I'm constantly using TickTick all throughout the day everyday. TickTick is so good it's become a mission critical app for my work. The computers are a MacBook Pro and ThinkPad X1. The nature of my usage requires I carry two phones, an Android and an iPhone. I'm a very heavy user immersed in a cross platform environment. Initially I spent a few months on each of the following apps in order to give them a fair trial: Todoist, Microsoft To Do, TickTick, Any.do, Things, Asana, Workflowy.įinally deciding on TickTick based on it’s speed, flexibility and cross platform functionality.
